If you wish to pause deliveries Deliveries will be made monthly for the first three times. For the fourth delivery onwards, please complete the procedure from your My Page at least 11 days before the scheduled delivery date.

About Delivery
What is the delivery cycle?
Unless you pause or cancel your subscription, delivery is scheduled monthly.
What are the delivery dates?
You can choose your preferred delivery date between Wednesday and Sunday of the 4th to the last week of each month. (For second and subsequent deliveries, we will send an email notification 10 days prior to shipping.)
Can I specify a delivery time?
You can select from the following time slots: Morning / 2 PM - 4 PM / 4 PM - 6 PM / 6 PM - 8 PM / 7 PM - 9 PM
What is the delivery method?
Your order will be delivered via Yamato Transport'sクール便 (cool delivery service). The temperature setting (refrigerated or frozen) may vary depending on the delivery month.
Can I change the delivery date?
We can accommodate changes if you contact us within 5 days of receiving the notification email.
To change the delivery week or time for future orders, please manage your preferences via your My Page at least 11 days before the scheduled delivery date.
Can I send this as a gift?
All deliveries will be sent to the same recipient address. Please understand that we cannot arrange for partial deliveries to different locations within the 12-month subscription.
Can I pick up my order at Kuji Farm?
We sincerely apologize, but our subscription service is for shipping only.
About Payment
What are the payment methods?
We accept credit card payments (one-time payment only) and cash on delivery. Payment will be processed for each delivery.
Please be mindful of the expiration date of the credit card you register. A cash on delivery fee of 330 yen will be borne by the customer.
